Holistic Wellness Guide and Certified Yoga Instructor Specializing in Breath-Centered Movement and Transitional Care
Holly, a native Durhamite, is deeply passionate about the outdoors and holistic wellness. As a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, she specializes in guiding breath-centered, mindful movement, helping individuals connect more deeply with their bodies and minds. Her personal interests reflect her love for nature and adventure—whether she’s rock climbing, running, or backpacking, Holly is always exploring new ways to engage with the natural world and cultivate a deeper appreciation for the beauty around her. In her downtime, she enjoys knitting and spending quality time with her husband and their two pet rabbits, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life.
In addition to her yoga practice, Holly is both an INELDA-trained death doula and a DONA-trained birth doula. She is dedicated to offering compassionate, empathetic care, supporting individuals and families through life’s most significant transitions. Her work as a doula allows her to create a safe and nurturing space, guiding clients with sensitivity and respect during pivotal moments in their lives. Through her multifaceted approach to wellness, Holly strives to inspire others to embrace holistic practices that enhance their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
